"It is the policy of Solid Rock Daycare, in compliance with Title VI go the 1964 Civil Rights Act and other anti-discrimination legislation, and the recent disabilities act to admit children and engage staff without regard to race, religion, age, sex, living situation, disability and/or national origin.
